An open process

Six stages. You know who, when and how long it takes.

Every stage has an owner, a deadline and a list of what you receive at the end. You see exactly the same thing in the client panel for the whole duration of the project. Click a stage.

Week 1

Analysis

Free of charge, we check what your company could apply for. We review open and announced calls, assess eligibility and estimate the budget.

Week 2

Decision and contract

Documentation

We write the application: description of the work, indicators, task budget, market analysis. A short status once a week, and two working meetings with your team.

Submission

Assessment and questions
