4. Who we share data with
Data may be entrusted to entities providing technical and organisational services to us, strictly to the extent needed to perform those services and under a data processing agreement.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Enquiry handling and e-mail take place within the European Economic Area. If you consent to analytics, data about your use of the site may be transferred to third countries, including the United States, on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Without that consent no such transfer takes place.
6. How long we keep data

In relation to the processing you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it (Article 15 GDPR),

- restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
- data portability for data processed on the basis of consent or a contract (Article 20 GDPR),

To exercise any of these rights, write to the address given in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) if you consider that we process your data unlawfully.
8. Is providing data mandatory
Providing data is voluntary. However, without a company name, e-mail address and phone number we cannot prepare an analysis or reply to your enquiry, and without an e-mail address we cannot send the newsletter.
9. No automated decisions or profiling
We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing and we do not profile you. The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser — the values you enter are neither sent to us nor stored.
10. Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. We store two pieces of information in your browser's local storage so the page behaves predictably: your chosen light or dark theme, and your decision about analytics. Both stay on your device, are never sent to us, and you can remove them by clearing site data in your browser.
If you consent to analytics, the analytics provider may set its own cookies. You can withdraw consent by clearing site data — the banner will then appear again.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change the scope of the data collected, the purposes of processing or the tools used, we will update this document and change the date shown at the top of the page.
12. Language of this document
This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version of this policy prevails.
