Starting point

The company was working on oncology therapies and needed funding for clinical trials — the most expensive stage of drug development, and the most demanding in terms of evidence.

What we did

We selected the programme, shaped the project scope around the assessment criteria and translated the research protocol into the language of an application: milestones, indicators, task budget. We also handled correspondence with the institution during the assessment.

Outcome

28.9m PLN of non-repayable funding and full settlement support: payment requests, reports and preparation for the audit.
